    Had a fantastic stay! Spacious room with amazing river views and super cozy beds. Loved the locally sourced breakfast and chatting with Karen and David. Just a heads-up, the steep driveway might be a bit tricky for some.

    This place could have been nice, but the driveway is just absurd, steep and quite the challenge. Plus, I barely had any phone service-what am I supposed to do, unplug? I really expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but apparently that's too much to ask. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

    Twin room with large double bed and homemade cakes plus incl kitchen was ready when we checked-in. The location was beautiful in a local area, so close to coast and cliff as well as Padstow.

    Steep access can be quite a workout!!! Limited phone service and inconsistent WiFi connectivity. The driveway could certainly use better instructions for newcomers!!!

    The room I occupied had a lovely balcony, offering lovely views over the estuary that took my breath away. I enjoyed the delicious locally sourced breakfast each morning, prepared with such care and attention.

    Our spacious room had fine views over the river! I loved chatting with Karen and Dave at breakfast as we shared stories over the delicious cake they made each day!

    It was a bit pricey, but totally acceptable for the experience we got.
